What You’ll Do:

- Sell smart: Take a consultative sales approach that balances customer success with company profitability.

- Lead with data: Use CRM tools to track activity, analyze trends, and identify new growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of direct sales experience (HVAC or distribution knowledge is a plus!)
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence decisions
- Self-starter who’s organized, analytical, and solution-oriented
- Adept at using CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and sales tools
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
