We’re looking for a Seasonal Counter Sales and Service Associate to join our branch operations and be the face of Johnstone Supply for our valued customers during our busy season.

If you're ready to build your knowledge, support contractors, and gain experience in a rewarding role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to customers in person, over the phone, and online.

• Help customers select the right products by understanding their needs and offering expert guidance.

• Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.

• Handle customer returns, warranties, and follow-ups with efficiency and care.

• Maintain showroom appearance and ensure seasonal and promotional readiness.

• Recommend additional products and solutions to maximize customer success.

• Learn and grow your product knowledge through on-the-job training.

• Support warehouse operations as needed, including shipping, receiving, and stocking.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience (HVAC/R or related industry a plus).

• Strong communication and multitasking skills — you’re great with people and detail-oriented.

• A problem-solver with a helpful attitude and a desire to serve.

• Team player who enjoys collaborating and creating positive customer experiences.

• Basic computer and math skills; experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Availability to work full-time hours during our seasonal peak (with potential overtime if needed).
